Are you a real company?
Yes! We are a sub-brand of Charis Gems, a registered precious stones dealer (PS20230003042) in Singapore. We comply with all local rules and laws.
Why the long lead time?
Every item is lovingly made-to-order, hence the 3-4 week lead time needed.
This is one of the ways that we are able to offer fair and good pricing to our customers. We don't hold much inventory, which means less holding costs to pass on to you!
Fret not, while you wait, you can expect a surprise from us!
Are your diamonds good quality?
Yes, all our lab grown diamonds are DEF colour, and VS+. These are all minimums, and you can rest assured that we're always negotiating with our suppliers are even better quality stones.
Do you have a physical store where I can try the items?
Great question, unfortunately, we do not have a physical store right now. We want to keep prices reasonable to customers. A store means rent, manpower and inventory holding costs. All of which result in higher prices to customers.
What are your delivery methods?
A dedicated courier will hand-deliver your items to you. Think Lalamove or GrabExpress, you will also be sent a tracking link to track its progress.
